Viale del Tirreno, 26/B – 56128 Tirrenia (PI) – Tel 05033399 - Fax 050338867 Start stay: Saturday 5.00/7.30 p.m. End stay: Saturday 9.00/10.00 a.m. (For different or late arrival times the customer has to advise via telephone or fax o e-mail no later than 7.00 p.m. of the Saturday arrival date) Special Offer: Long Holiday….: we grant a 5% discount for a stay at least 2 weeks with the following arrival dates: Periods A/B. It is possible to reserve the week from the 13 to the 20/08/05 only combining together to the previous one or the successive one Deposit request: at the arrival a deposit of 150,00 Euro (Euro, Euro cheques, Travel cheques, credit card) will be requested and returned only at the end of the stay after an examination of the apartment. In case of a departure out of the agency’s opening hours the deposit will be returned by post or by bank account free from postal or bank charges. ADDITIONAL SERVICES TO PAY ON SIGHT AT THE ARRIVAL: Consumption packet (electricity, water, gas): Euro 25,00 per person (over 2 years of age) per week. Gas heating consumption is an extra to pay by the reading of the meter (Euro 0,80 per m3). Final cleaning Euro 50,00 TYPE 4, Euro 55,00 TYPE 6, and Euro 65,00 TYPE 8. The cleaning of the kitchen is an honour of the customer, otherwise to pay Euro 25,00. Extra bed: (where possible) + 10%. Bed and bathroom linen (on request): Euro 12,00 per person per change. Cradle (on request) Euro 40,00 per week to pay on sight, free if bought by the customer. Animals (where admitted on request) Euro 40,00 for disinfecting.
